The space Cute little guest house...It is modern/contemporary design, brand new kitchen with new appliances (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric water heater kettle, pots, pans and everything you need to prepare home cooked meals). Full 4 piece bathroom with memory foam queen size bed & Full size Pullout Sofa bed, 2 closets, beautiful fresh linens and plush towels. Luxurious amenities with security measures and ease of use with your own personalized gate and door code. Self-check in with ease no matter how late you arrive. Our walkway and lighting are motioned sensor and well lit. The unit is equipped with technology and entertainment such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, Ductless wall Heat and AC and free high speed WiFi. Guest access Tree lined street safe to walk and park. No dedicated parking space as the front drive spaces are occupied by residents. Street parking is easy to find, usually in front of the house. Beware of Street Cleaning Monday/Tuesday no parking between 8am-10am. Park on the house side of the street Sunday night and the opposite side Monday night. Park anywhere the rest of the week. Other things to note ****PLEASE NOTE**** Our space is will be fully sanitized prior to your check-in. We will also have hand sanitizer available.
