This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is also less than 5 miles away from the world-famous Temecula Wine Country! The space This newly renovated home has been carefully curated to give you everything you need to relax in comfort. Nest enabled dual A/C to keep you cool in the heat & private pool and jacuzzi will provide the perfect necessities to relax after a fun day of wine tasting. Inside hosts 4 full bedrooms and a sleeping loft and 3.5 baths (8 beds, sleeps 10 comfortably) . Chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a feast along with proper serving platters and silverware. Wifi throughout along with 3 streaming tv's, a pool table and more. Laundry available on-site as well. Outside also has everything you need for entertaining: full gas BBQ Grill setup, ping-pong table, fire pit, sunbathing lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6-8. Guest access 1) Private Self check-in; keypad keyless entry. Our host is available onsite to greet you should you have trouble. 2) Private Pool/Spa. (not a community pool) 3) Private Gym with keypad keyless entry. Other things to note We adhere to the CDC guidelines for appropriate cleanliness and sterilization guidelines. Being in the healthcare industry, we have access to hospital-grade sanitation disinfectants to help sanitize the property. We also use foggers to disinfect the indoor property with HOCL after every use to help protect against COVID-19. This home requires an additional contract to be signed and returned upon booking.
