Off street parking for one car with additional street parking available. 1.6 miles to the downtown mall with many shops and restaurants. 3.3 miles to the Rotunda at UVA and 2 miles to UVA Medical Center. A Great location for those interested in visiting area landmarks like Monticello, Ashlawn, Carter Mountain and the Central Virginia Wine Trail. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the front and back yard. Other things to note Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out any time of day. NOTE: Pets are welcome at our property, but please ensure they are well-behaved, leashed when outside, and cleaned up after in the designated areas provided. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must be kept quiet during late hours. Please inform us of any pet allergies or concerns prior to booking. Our place may not be suitable for guests with allergies to pet hair.
