35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site! The space Sport court for basketball, pickleball, badminton, and volleyball. There is also a fire pit with outdoor chairs and fire wood. The property hosts a number of trails through the rolling hills with lots of wildlife for those wanting to explore. Other things to note This is my primary home and property that I am currently in the process of developing. I'm improving trails, planting fruit trees, finishing up a workshop-to offer other opportunities to guests, and more. I am continually working to provide guests with a better vacation experience.
