We have owned and rented many homes over the years and realized that none have ever " fit" our families and friends comfortably. It was this unfortunate yet constant reminder that we needed something that was better suited to house everyone of our guests comfortably. Well here it is! - Home Features - Large Open Kitchen with plenty of seating! Great Room w/ 3 couches / LED TV with all the streaming or cable options you could ask for including a DVD player 5 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom 4 - Master Suites with private bathrooms ( Each room has it’s own luxurious bathroom!!) 1 - Kids Cavern! w/ 2 - Triple Bunks & 1 - Futon 1 - Big Screen TV w/ Wii Game console & Roku for Netflix / Hulu or whatever you want to stream. Custom lighted Horse shoe pit w/ bar tops - So much fun!! Full Laundry facilities with complimentary (6) detergent pods and dryer sheets! After a long day on the water or in the desert you can retreat back to the home and everyone has a place to clean up and be ready to hit the casinos or dinner in short order!! This design also features a Great Room configuration allowing all to interact, meal prep and entertain in this awesome space. The kitchen is spacious and loaded with all the cooking and food storage you could need. Another great feature is that this home backs up to our sister property! This allows you to book both homes for an even larger gathering of friends and family! Entertainment and relaxation are the name of the game! Our home sits on half of our lot and the other half is available for boat and overflow parking! Plenty of parking for up to 6-8 boats!! We are 5-8 minutes away from the park entrance to Katherine's Landing. The Laughlin casinos are less than 15 minutes away.
