The space 🌅 Welcome to Swept Away — Your Lakefront Escape in the Poconos Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure at Swept Away, our vibrant 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath lakefront retreat nestled on nearly an acre with 135 feet of private shoreline. ⸻ 🛶 Outdoor Activities • Water Fun: Swim, fish, or launch watercraft directly from our private dock. • Leisure: Relax in hammocks, play ping-pong or cornhole, and enjoy golden sunsets. • Nearby Attractions: • Ski Resorts: Jack Frost and Big Boulder – 7 minutes away. • Entertainment: Kalahari Resort and Mount Airy Casino – minutes away. • Shopping & More: The Crossings Outlets, Camelback Mountain, and Mohegan Sun Casino – all within 20 minutes. ⸻ 🏡 The Space • Great Room: Features 16-foot sliding glass doors opening to a private deck with stunning lake views, a large dining table for 8, and a cozy fireplace. • Kitchen & Bedrooms: • Fully equipped kitchen with lake views. • Two main-floor bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with a queen and twin bed. • Upstairs master suite: king and full bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and garden tub, private deck, and game table. • Loft: Offers lake views, a workspace, lounge area, ballet bar, weights, yoga mats, and foam rollers. • Den: Game room with foosball, pool table, large TV, half bathroom, and laundry facilities. ⸻ 🌳 Outdoor Amenities • Watercraft: Rowboat, canoe, 7 kayaks, and 4 stand-up paddleboards. • Relaxation: Hammocks, Adirondack chairs, fire pit by the lake, and a therapeutic hot tub with lake views. • Activities: Outdoor ping-pong, cornhole, and ample space for bird watching and stargazing. ⸻ 🏘️ Arrowhead Lake Community Enjoy access to: • Amenities: 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 heated pools, fitness center, game (pool) room, and more. • Activities: Tennis, basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, and a variety of community events, gym and lodge. Arrowhead Lake Community Temporary Membership Fees – 2025 (Mandatory for ALL guests, paid directly to the community. Not included in booking price.) • In-Season(May 15 – Sept 15): $8.50 per person per night age 6 & Up • In-Season Weekly Rate: $42.50 per person age 6 & Up, 5-7 nights • Off-Season (Sept 16 – May 14): $2.00 per person per night age 6 & up • In-Season Day Guest: $8.50 per person per night age 6 & Up • Off-Season Day Guest: $2.00 per person per night age 6 & Up • Children under 6: Free • Vehicle Fee: per vehicle, $20 each • Administration Fee: Each Rental Registration, $20 each • Late Registration Fee: $100 if booked/registered within 3 days of arrival All community fees must be paid at least 1 day prior to arrival to gain entry. *Outdoor pools open mid-June full time. Only on weekends from Memorial Day to mid June and closes after Labor Day Weekend. ⸻ 📜 House Rules • Booking: • Summer (July/August): Saturday to Saturday, 1-week minimum. 2026 • Other times: 2-night minimum; 3-night minimum on holidays. • Check-In/Out: 4 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out (subject to change). • Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests; no events or gatherings exceeding this limit. • Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. • Pets/Smoking: No pets or smoking indoors; smoking permitted outside only. • Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles. • No 3rd party bookings. • No loud music or talking loudly after 10pm outside • For added peace of mind, our watercraft and driveway are monitored to help ensure security and protect against the elements. • Community Registration: Required at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid late fees. • Copy of Drivers license required. 🧰 Provided for Your Stay • Linens: Freshly cleaned sheets, blankets, pillows, and bath towels. • Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, two coffee makers (K-cup and drip), filters, and a starter supply of coffee and tea. • Essentials: Starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels.
