BEACH HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL& SPA + WALK TO BEACH

Private pool in the backyard and private neighborhood beach on beautiful Hutchinson Island -- Beach House with a brand new saltwater pool/spa with fountains, inside-pool seating, and is heated to your desired temperature -- it is just like having your very own resort!! And from the pool, there is a path to the gate in the backyard to walk to the private neighborhood beach with a two-story tiki hut across the street with chairs to watch the sunrise or waves! The space The Beach House is a newer vacation home, with a brand new pool completed in 2019, and the house is completely renovated with an open kitchen with bar and quartz countertops, and the baths are beautiful marble and tile. There are three bedrooms and two baths plus two separate living rooms. And there is a fun outdoor area complete with a gas grill and ping pong table! The house is outfitted with a new 65" Smart TV in the living room with high definition cable, and another 55" Smart TV in the second living area with a privacy door. There is Comcast Blast wifi that is super strong for streaming too. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED! ALL GUESTS IN YOUR GROUP MUST BE DISCLOSED IN YOUR BOOKING GUEST COUNT, OR YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. The master has a pillowtop King size bed, and the other two bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. All of the bedrooms are completely private, and one is en suite. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are also provided. This is as close you can get to the beach with a pool home that does not come with a beachfront $1000+ nightly price tag! The Beach House is an attached Florida villa located in Beach Club Colony. The pool/spa is completely private to this house. The walls inbetween were built with concrete for soundproofing, and there is fencing surrounding the pool for privacy. The neighborhood has a gated private beach across A1A with a cross-walk, and a boat ramp on the intracoastal. The house has island plantation shutters and crown molding throughout along with brand new tile and wood flooring, new kitchen and baths. The community's private deeded beach is called Beach Club Colony on the Ocean, and is located just across A1A, next to a public beach called Waveland which is lifeguarded during the day year-round. There is a community recreation park located next to the marina on the river, which is fenced in and pet friendly. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, and you are only 1 mile from the new Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa. Guest access Entire house and outdoor covered area with seating, neighborhood beach, boat ramp, and recreational area with dog park. Other things to note THE HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BETWEEN GUESTS, AND HAVE ADDED CDC GUIDELINES INCLUDING DISINFECTING ALL ITEMS COMMONLY TOUCHED BY GUESTS (DOOR KNOBS, KITCHEN HANDLES, REMOTE CONTROLS, ETC.). WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT / EARLY CHECK INS TO ENSURE PROPER TIME FOR THESE NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES.
