Location location location! This charming Outer Banks cottage is the perfect quiet getaway for family and friends. Walk to the beach and Avalon Fishing Pier! 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, cozy living room, breakfast bar, dining area, private porch, & well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor amenities like the picnic table for al fresco dining, beach items, swing, grill, clothesline for drying towels and swimsuits in the sea breeze, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The space This charming Outer Banks cottage is the perfect quiet getaway for family and friends. Cross the street to find yourself at the beach and Avalon Fishing Pier! In our 3-bedroom cottage, you’ll find 2 queen-sized beds and 2 single beds, room darkening curtains, a cozy open-concept living room/breakfast bar/dining area, & well-equipped kitchen if you plan to cook. Other features include a private porch, open outdoor shower, & free street parking! There is cable TV, wireless Internet and central A/C and heat. We also have several family board games available, along with a pack-n-play and highchair for your littles! There are outdoor amenities like the picnic table for al fresco dining, beach items, swing, grill, covered patio, clothesline for drying towels and swimsuits in the sea breeze, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The outside space is shared with the second cottage that is located on the same lot. If you need additional bedrooms you can check to see if both cottages are available. Our other cottage’s name is "Cozy Cottage Steps from the Beach - Home B". Renting both homes is a great way to spend time with your friends or extended family but still have your own space! Guest access The entire interior of this cottage is accessible to you during your stay. The interior is only used by you and you family. The patio, picnic table, grill, swing, and enclosed outdoor shower are shared by both units. Other things to note The cottage is on a septic system. Only TP and human waste should be flushed in the commode. No diapers, grease, or sanitary products should be flushed. The cottage sleeps a total of 6 guests. This includes adults, teens, children, toddlers and infants. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the cottage or on the front porch. No pets are allowed on the property, or in the cottage, at any time. Infants and toddlers are welcome but we do not provide crib, baby gate, or other infant and toddler supplies. There are places in the Outer Banks to rent these items that deliver directly to you! There is an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold running water. It is fun to use the outside shower and will help you keep sand out of the cottage. There is a broom, dustpan, and mop if you need to clean up sand from the floors during your stay. Please turn off the A/C if you have doors or windows open to avoid freezing the unit. Please don’t turn the temperature on the A/C below the posted temp. This could cause the A/C unit to freeze and stop working!
