La Casita Blanca, Ybor City, Tampa

La Casita Blanca is our 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in 1918 in the heart of Historic Ybor City. It's steps away from 7th Avenue the center of the Cuban cigar manufacturing district in the late 1800s early 1900s. Ybor was a hotbed of Cuban cigar trade, helping develop Tampa's unique cultural identity and providing the best Cuban food around. Cafes, nightlife, shopping as well as the TECO Streetcar stop are just a couple blocks from the house. The space Our historic home was relocated to its current location. It is a free-standing home with 2-bed rooms and 1 bathroom, with front porch and fenced-in back yard; that has been fully renovated with all modern amenities! The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size memory foam mattress, nightstands, lamps, dresser, closet ceiling fan w/ light, Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector, and TV. The second bedroom also a comfortable Full-size memory foam mattress, nightstand, lamp, dresser, closet light, Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector. The living area is well furnished with a large corner sectional, coffee table, and end table with lamps. Large 50" smart tv mounted on the wall for easy viewing. Living rooms lead into the open floor plan kitchen, with bar area w/ stools. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including an oven with cooktop, built-in microwave with a vent fan, refrigerator, dual basin sink with disposal, and granite countertops. The kitchen comes ready to use with; pot & pans, dishes, drinkware, cutlery, coffee machine, as well as dish soap, cleaning spray, and a roll of paper towel. The front porch has a bistro set for enjoying a warm cup of coffee in the morning. House has washer and dryer available. Parking is available onsite for 2 cars. Self Check-In is available and easy. You will receive an email with a personalized key code valid during your stay. DO NOT share your personal Check-IN code with adults outside your group, whose names have not been disclosed in the reservation. Check in after 4:00 pm, Check out Before 11:00 am. Any exception request needs to be made by email 48 hr before check in. NO Smoking in the house. NO parties. NO undisclosed guests allowed. First and last name of each person staying during your reservation MUST be disclosed prior to check in.
