The upstairs master has a king bed, TV, and a private balcony overlooking the lake with padded patio furniture. This bedroom also has a desk for guests who wish to work from the lake. The main floor has a large kitchen that opens into a huge dining room. The dining table seats 8-10. This floor also has the laundry room and full bath with glass and tile walk in shower. The master bedroom and master bathroom are also on this floor with a King bed, TV, glass and tile walk in shower, large tub, and a large walk in closet that has been converted into a full time nursery with freestanding crib! The lower level boasts a huge family room with a TV, fireplace, game area, and two sets of French doors that walk out onto a covered patio. There is a full bathroom on this level with a tub shower and a room with two twin over full bunkbeds. Access the wraparound deck from either side of the circle driveway and enjoy the outdoor fireplace, dining table, and outdoor lounge overlooking the water. Another large fire pit in the yard is perfect for a relaxing evening. The brand new dock is perfect for lounging, swimming out, or renting a boat! High speed internet is a big differentiator on the lake - not suitable for online gaming, but streaming, working, video calls are all fair game! Guest access The entire home is yours with a keyless entry system! Other things to note We provide corn hole, can jam, Kubb, spike ball, lawn darts & croquet! Get outside!
