Come escape to our completely remodeled cottage by our pond! DIRECT ACCESS TO OUR NATION'S LARGEST NETWORK OF PAVED TRAILS! Bike available to borrow. Boat available for a moonlit cruise. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield. The space All modern amenities with central air and heat with three temperature zones. Complete kitchen with milk, juice, oatmeal & farm fresh eggs for each morning of your stay! Two traditional bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a loft bedroom (with a queen size bed) overlooking the great room. Throw a line in the water and see if you can catch a large mouth bass, trout or blue gill to name a few of the aquatic life! We do have a catch and release policy Large gas grill available. Trailer parking. If you arrive by bike we can provide a free shuttle to nearby restaurants. Because of damage done to the cottage by a prior guest we are implementing a new policy: IF YOU (or anyone in your group) ARRIVE SMELLING OF MARIJUANA THE SHERIFF WILL BE CALLED and you will not receive a refund for your reservation. Guest access When you reserve the cottage you are renting the entire house. Other things to note Please note that summer holiday week-ends are a 2 night minimum from Friday - Sunday (so book a Friday & Saturday night stay or a Saturday& Sunday night stay). Thank you!
