Guest access You have the entire guest cave to yourself, except for one locked hallway door to the maintenance closet. The guest cave measures in at 1100 Sq. Feet and is a completely separate home, has front and back entrances, kitchen and a bathroom. The backyard is relaxing for coffee or a backyard picnic. Other things to note Your small Kitchen is very well equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, blender, coffee pot, plus all pots and pans, utensils etc. It has everything including the glass top electric stove with an oven. There is a laundry room including a Full-sized washer dryer with no coins required. Note that parking on the premises is for one compact car but there’s plenty of street parking for larger vehicles.
