Outside, take in views of the stream, pond, and green space from the comfortable-sized deck. Amenities include WiFi, two TVs with cable, and DVR/DVD players. Walk, bike, or drive to downtown Ketchum restaurants, however, all the necessities are available in the kitchen to make a meal at home. With three bedrooms, six guests can stay in this home. The king-size primary bedroom is located on the first floor. Kids and adults can enjoy the two bedrooms upstairs with two twin beds in the upstairs bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. The twin beds may be combined into a king bed upon request. What's nearby: In winter, stroll to the ice-skating rink and shops in Sun Valley village, just a five to 10 minute walk away. Dollar Mountain is just up the street and for those wanting world-class skiing, and Bald Mountain is accessible via frequent shuttles outside the condo just over two miles away. End the day taking a dip in the Sun Valley Inn pool and/or olympic pool. In summer, walk five minutes to the Sun Valley Pavilion to enjoy the symphony and summer concerts, or continue on the path to the Olympic-size pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and golf course. Take the bike path out the front door into Ketchum about a mile away. For the serious riders, continue on for another 30 miles of paved biking or quick access to mountain biking. Guest access Your keys are located at the primary lockbox next to the front door and a secondary lockbox on the railing. Once you arrive at the Dollar Meadows entrance on Old Dollar Road, proceed to the end of the parking lot. Park in any open space or in front of the garage for Unit 1387, then follow the foot path to your unit. Other things to note Your reservation includes Sun Valley Resort Amenity Passes for up to 5 guests (maximum 5 passes per property, regardless of total guest count). Pick up your passes at the Recreation Reservation Center between 8am-4pm any day of the week. The Recreation Reservation Center is located at 1 Sun Valley Road, Sun Valley 83353. Park in the large lot and head into the Village; the building is a peach color across from Pete Lanes (near a pond and the bus circle) and has "Recreation Reservation Center" marked on the outside. Pool access during your stay: the Olympic Pool operates 8am-9pm daily (summer only), and the Inn Pool (heated year-round) is open 8am-9pm daily. Only 5 guests per property can use the pool, regardless of age. Children 14 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Swim diapers are required for children under 2. Inflatables, pool toys, and personal loungers are not permitted. Please note that pool closures may occur - the Lodge Pool, Inn Pool, Olympic Pool, and Fitness facilities are closed July 8-14 (reopening July 14 at 12pm). Spa amenities are not included with your pass. Sun Valley reserves the right to close any facilities at any time.
