Elegant 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, Spacious Walk-Out Basement with private entrance and patio area...... Perfect location, 20 mile drive to Zion. 15 minute drive to Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Lake State Park, 20 minute drive to St. George. 45 minutes to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon State Park. 2 hour drive to Las Vegas, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. Close to Golf, biking, hiking, OHV or Skiing. We have a brand new 3-person hot tub with massaging jets for you to relax in after a long day! Our home is very clean and comfortable. ***We do have a few rules*** 1. No Smoking! 2. Please remove your shoes in the house. We want the home to be as clean as it can be for you and future guests. 3. Absolutely No Pets so please don't ask! 4. If you have a group of 5 guests (infants are not considered in guest totals) the air mattress will be provided for your use. If you have 4 guests or less and would like to use the air mattress, a $10 fee per day will be charged. NON-COOKING Kitchen Our kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator with an ice dispenser. We have a microwave for heating up leftovers and a Keurig K-cup coffee maker. We also have a dining table that can accommodate 6 people. We Do Not have a kitchen sink, dishwasher, or oven. Who wants to cook and wash dishes while they are on vacation? Family Room Our family room has a large and comfortable sectional and a 50" Smart T.V. equipped with cable and WiFi. We also have central air and heating. Bathroom Our bathroom has a walk-in shower with Shampoo, Conditioner, and bodywash. Towels and a blow dryer are provided. Bedrooms We have 2 bedrooms with a queen sized bed and a ceiling fan in each. One bedroom has a closet and 1 nightstand. The other bedroom has 2 nightstands and an armoire with a closet rod and drawers so you have a place for your clothes. Patio We have a patio table which seats 4 and a hot tub which seats 3. There will be a key on the kitchen table to unlock the hot tub. We Do Not have a washer and dryer available but there are laundromats near by. There is a separate off-road parking spot for you to park as well as stairs for you to access your private entrance. There are 2 doors that will always be locked and you will not have access to. One is the door that goes between the upstairs and the downstairs. The other is a storage/utility room. We live onsite and you may see us from time to but we won't bother you unless you need something. We are just a phone call or text away. We live close to a hill and have a beautiful mountain view as well as a view of the town. There is no public transportation nearby but there are Uber and Lyft drivers in the area. We are a family of 5 that lives upstairs. You will probably hear us walking around and talking. We will try to be extra quiet during the evening/early morning hours.
