The Post Office Cottage

Just 1 block from the Lake our Cottage is a great Winter destination perfect for Snowmobilers, Skiers & Ice Fishermen! Large 3 Season Room will hold all of your gear. 2 King Bedrooms & a large Bunk Room (which was the original PO for Higgins Lake) has 2 Full over Full Bunks w/another TV! Excellent Wifi (Roku) Large fenced in backyard, gas grill, outdoor dining & fire pit. Near Sam O' Set Beach. Extra Clean and Charming w/a large open Kitchen. New Gazebo w/games. Pets must be approved w/Pet fee. The space Higgins Lake is a 10,000 acre inland Lake known for its deep clear waters. It has been noted as one of the world's most beautiful lakes. Its sandy bottom with a very gradual depth slope and the Caribbean aqua color make it great for kids and adults alike. Our Cottage is right next door to another one of our Remodeled Cottages, which makes them great for small groups. Both are 1 block from Higgins Lake and just a few houses away from Good Times Party Store. Other things to note This is absolutely a Non-Smoking cottage. Pets may be allowed at the discretion of the host. Please contact host with details to get approval, terms, conditions & fees. Only then will permission be given to bring your pet. There will be chairs provided for our fire pit (wood can be purchased just across the street). A gas grill will be available on the back patio. All bedding and linens provided, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Please make sure to check the yard for anything you or your pet may have left. If the housekeeping staff has to pick up anything like cigarette butts, water balloons or pet droppings, there will be extra charged incurred.
