Kitchen: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods. Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Other things to note ★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★ WHAT DOES "ALL INCLUSIVE" MEAN? Our "All Inclusive" offering means that guests are not charged extra for specific amenities and services. It includes complimentary pool heating, jacuzzi use, and the accommodation of two dogs at no additional cost. It does not encompass free food and alcohol, as some might assume. ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EXTRA GUESTS? This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges(with limitations). Regarding extra guests: 10 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 10 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation. Pet policy: Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property. Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated 88°. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed. You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we can thoroughly clean and prepare the property for all guests. Our schedules are strictly enforced and failing to comply with these times will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay to cover the inconvenience and potential delay caused to incoming guests. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 84-88 degrees. IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE? Yes. $50/day and signed liability waiver. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property. PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit. Please read all house rules before booking. Especially regarding noise levels and city fines after 10pm. PGA WEST fines for noise are $2500. Also please respect my neighbors during the day and those noise levels. Please note that pool and gardening service may arrive before, during or after your stay.
