Welcome to your next lake house vacation rental w/ NEWLY REMODELED MOVIE THEATER/ SPORTS BOOK! The "Houghton House" is located on the West Bay of popular, all sport, Houghton Lake! Stay in a cozy, ranch style, 3 bedroom home (Plus garage converted game room) with open floor plan perfect for gathering with family and friends. Bring your boat/jetski and launch it right on our private boat launch. Rental rate includes a private boat slip so you can leave your boat in the water during your stay. The space The "Houghton House" is a cozy, accessible, ranch style home. Guests are welcomed with an open floor plan and large kitchen. The home has full size appliances including washer and dryer. Spring of 2024 we converted the garage game room into a Movie theater with 3 TVS! One 75in smart TV and two 55in smart TVs. Come and watch your favorite movie or log into any of your streaming services and watch 3 sports games at once! Guest access Smart lock code given to guest before check in
