This is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo on the 5th floor of the D Tower inside the Princessa de Penasco Resort. This condo has an ocean view with accommodations for up to 4 people. The space No Pets Are Allowed Come stay at Princesa. Take advantage of our pools which are 3, the BBQ area is perfect to have a great cookout the day. The clubhouse has a fitness room for our clients and across the way, there is a Volleyball court. The resort has a restaurant and a convenience store so you can just arrive and enjoy and not leave the resort if you don't want to. The condo also comes equipped with high-speed wireless internet. You can get to the terrace through a set of sliding glass arcadia doors in the living room. In the dining room, there is a large glass top table that seats 6 people. The room also has a wall-mounted mirror, glass top console table, and many beautiful art prints. In the kitchen, there are white ceramic tiled countertops with black appliances and fully loaded cupboards and drawers. This kitchen has all the items you need to feel as if you are cooking in your own home kitchen. There is a built-in counter bar off the kitchen that has bar stools for a more casual dining experience. The master bedroom has a queen-size maple wood framed bed with a soft and cozy neutral-toned bed set. The room includes a set of lighted maple wood bedside tables with a dresser and TV. The room has a small double door closet on each side of the bay view window. The room also features a lower double door cabinet where you can keep shoes and luggage. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with a single sink mirrored vanity and an additional double mirrored door closet on the other side. The private bathroom has a walk-in tub/shower made of travertine with a commode. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed with an oak wood frame and pastel printed bedding. The room has a set of oak wood lighted bedside tables and a dresser with a TV. The room has a window that views the entrance to the condo and a large double mirrored door closet where you can hang your clothes.
