I named the house in Dedication to my Auntie Frances. The house belonged to her. It's an Authentic NM Adobe home recently renovated, the Casa is located right in the Heart of Albuquerque. Tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes away from lots of attractions. Lots of great places to eat and visit, lots of popular places close by including Old Town plaza, Abq. Biopark, Museums, local bars everything is within walking distance; 2 Story Home for large families and friends. The space Large spacious 3 bedroom home full kitchen 2 baths all the cooking utensils needed private parking and private patio, large living room for extra guests with Cable TV, Wifi and desk upstairs. Master Bedroom also has a TV. The Casa has a nice private patio, beautiful balcony and a screen covered front porch. BBQ grill, patio furniture, fire pit and outdoor lighting to enjoy our New Mexico Evenings. Guest access The house has a washer and dryer, private parking in the back of the property nice master bedroom with access to the Balcony. Cable TV and full internet WiFi access you will have a full run of the house, also include is a front porch screen covered to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the mornings. Street is well lit and covered parking is also well lit with motion detectors along with LED lights at all the door ways for your safety and convenience. Other things to note Case De Mi Tia; is located among 2 other Airbnb homes that I own and manage. All 3 homes belonged to my family. Casa de Mis Abuelos, Casita Plaza Vieja and Casa De Mi Tia. Chances are that you may be the only guest on the complex during your stay. This would be a great place to have a Family Reunion or have the entire wedding party stay at the Complex.
