Our unit, located on the 13th floor, is one of the highly sought after east end corner units with virtually all glass breathtaking views in the living area. In shopping for another condo, we literally searched all over Florida and Alabama. This unit has the most incredible views of any we have seen. The two master bedrooms have king sized beds. The queen bedroom has a queen sized bed. The bunk area has a a bunk bed that can sleep three if you use the pull out trundle (Please let me know if you will need to use the trundle so the cleaners can prepare it.) The living room has two sofas, one of which is a queen sofa sleeper. As previously stated, per HOA rules and fire code the maximum occupancy is 10 persons. The Tidewater is a true resort complex with Starbucks, ice cream shop, restaurant, movie theater, oceanfront fitness facility, men and women's steam rooms and saunas all on site! Please note the Tidewater charges a $60 resort fee that you pay Tidewater through a pre-registration link that will be provided to you. This is a per room fee (not per guest) and it is one fee for the length of your stay. You will be issued parking passes (up to 3) and wristbands for your party. The wristbands are required to use the pools and other amenities. Guests have access to the entire unit and access to resort facilities. Within walking distance to Pier Park, PCB's hottest shopping district with dozens of shops and restaurants. NOTWITHSTANDING anything to the contrary, if due to order by the State of Florida , Panama City Beach, or Bay County, we are prohibited from renting the property or the beach is closed to the public due to pandemic related issues during the above rental period, the Guest(s) will be entitled to a 100% refund (subject to possible AIRBNB fees) should the Guest(s) choose not to come. In high demand time (like summer and spring breaks) Saturday check in can result in long waits for the elevators. There are hundreds of units at the Tidewater. We do not require Saturday to Saturday rental (but most do) so you have hundreds of people checking in on Saturday around 4 p.m.. So you need to factor that in. You may want to arrive and depart on another day, or if you do arrive on Saturday be prepared for that wait, or go have dinner or get groceries before you arrive to let the crowd ease up some. We have numerous guests check in on Saturday. I am posting this just so you will be aware.
