Location! Ocean Peek villa with golf at your door when you step foot into this lovely one bedroom fully furnished condo. The porch / balcony is screened-in and tiled with comfortable table and chairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped. Unit comes with 2-TV's. The Living room has a new Flat screen TV, ceiling fan, sofa and a chair. Dining room features a wooden table and 4 decorative dining chairs. A master bedroom is fitted with a King sized bed and a 32" flat screen TV . WIFI INCLUDED, also washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and tennis rackets. Guest access CHECK IN IS 4 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. If you arrive before 5 pm tell the Guard that you are coming to the Rental Office to Check In. If you arrive after 5 PM, your Keys and Check In Package will be at the Guard Gate. Other things to note Ocean Village is a very active community and there are always events going on. We offer in addition to a 9 Hole Par 3 Executive Golf Course, a Tiki-Bar, full service Restaurant, Pickle Ball Court, Basketball, Bocce Ball, Fitness Club, great biking areas as well.
