Guests are restricted from entering our horse pens, horse hay storage and other outbuildings on the property. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off! Please note this property is nestled in the breathtaking Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, offering a serene escape into nature. However, being in such a pristine environment means that you may occasionally encounter some of nature's residents, such as ants, spiders, insects, mice, and cobwebs. We take every precaution, including regularly scheduled professional pest control to minimize these occurrences, but they are a natural part of the mountain experience and may get past our defenses from time to time. If you do notice any of this during your stay, please let us know so we can promptly address them and ensure your comfort. Privacy and Accessibility The owner lives on an adjacent lot but respects your privacy. While she’s available for any needs, you’ll enjoy a private oasis. The ponies are located between her four properties and are available for visits.
