City ID # 4390 The space This chic, solar-powered Spanish Revival home features two master bedrooms located at opposite corners of the property, along with open-concept living and dining areas. Each space is outfitted with sliding glass doors that open to the pool, spa, and outdoor lounging areas, all offering sunset-facing panoramic views of the fairways and the iconic San Jacinto Mountains. The two additional guest bedrooms face the sunrise, creating a full-spectrum experience of light and landscape. The master en-suite and guest bathrooms include LED vanity mirrors with defoggers, sleek soft-close toilets, and rainfall showers for a soothing spa-like experience. Complimentary toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and makeup remover towelettes. The well-appointed interiors showcase 14-foot cathedral ceilings, a grand classic fireplace in the living room, and spacious rooms with 12-foot ceilings throughout. Enjoy keyless entry, an Alexa-enabled dimmable LED lighting system, and USB wall outlets in every room. Each bedroom is equipped with 50”+ Smart HDTVs, dedicated Netflix and Sling TV access, and Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speakers connected to the home’s Spotify account. All bedrooms feature king beds, heavenly down pillows, blackout drapes, and/or top-down, bottom-up shades. For added convenience, each closet includes drawers, luggage racks, and clothes hangers. The kitchen offers views of the pool and fairways. It includes a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water, a freezer, a 4-burner electric cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large coffee maker, a Nespresso Vertuo machine, a blender, and a toaster. All cooking and dining ware, cleaning essentials, and trash bags are provided. Adjacent to the living and dining areas, the bar invites you to showcase your cocktail recipes. It’s equipped with a wash sink and a wine/drink cooler. Nightly rates, cleaning fees, and other charges are subject to a mandatory 11.5% City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax and 1% County of Riverside Tourism Assessment Fee. No tax applies for stays over 28 days. Rates fluctuate daily based on demand. Pool heating is available upon request with at least 72 hours’ advance notice. Additional daily heating fees apply for the entire length of stay, based on current natural gas prices. When heated, the pool and spa maintain a temperature of up to 88°F. Spa-only heating is not offered. Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Pets must be well-behaved and flea-free. The fee is $100/pet/day for weekend stays, with negotiable rates for longer visits. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed. Guests must ensure pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Beyond the serene walks and hikes nearby, we provide two mountain bikes for exploring the Tahquitz Golf Fairways and nature trails during gorgeous early mornings and late afternoons. Guest access Entire home except for owner's closet by hallway (locked), garage storage areas, pool and airconditioning/heating equipment Other things to note [1] The City of Palm Springs requires the primary guest who made the booking to be at least 25 years old and shall be responsible for all the other guests during the stay. [2] A copy of a government-issued photo ID (Driver's License), email, and the full names of all guests must be submitted after booking. [3] A rental contract must be signed to comply with the city of Palm Springs' regulations. [4] The guest on record must provide a list of all guests' full names and vehicles, including license plate numbers. [5] Up to a maximum occupancy of 10 guests at any given time - max of 8 adults only AND 2 children (12 y.o. and under). An additional person fee applies for guests beyond the 6th. [6] Upon check-in, the primary guest on record shall send a photo of the required Statement form (about city rules and regulations on renting a vacation rental) with the signatures of all adult guests. [7] Outdoor music and noise are not allowed. The City of Palm Springs is very strict in enforcing this ordinance, and it carries a $500 fine for the guest and a citation for the homeowner. The guest on record will receive an appropriate review on his/her Airbnb account. [8] No smoking/vaping inside the home. [9] The home is along the fairway. The property does get occasional golf balls :) [10] Request pool heating at least 5 days before the check-in date. Pool heating is an extra fee and includes the complimentary use of the spa/jacuzzi at 88°F. Spa heating only is NOT offered. [11] Do not use white towels to remove makeup and other non-washable products. We will charge the primary guest $10 for stained hand towels and $20 for bath towels. [12] Trash collection day is on Tuesdays early morning. Please drop all trash on Monday night for timely and proper collection. Trash bins are located outside next to the garage. [13] Please park only inside the garage, driveway, or on the side of the street next to our home. Please do not park in front of our neighbors' homes.
