Welcome to your ultimate getaway: Ivy Springs Retreat. Situated on a stunning 15 acre property, the expansive grounds feature multiple exterior entertaining spots, a private lake, heated saltwater pool and hot tub. The interior boasts 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a 22-person dining room, a newly completed game room, an elevator for easy second floor access, and plenty of spaces to entertain, both indoor and outdoors. Please note- the heated pool is open from mid April- October. The space Thanks for stopping by! Please note the following: 1) The heated saltwater pool is open seasonally from mid-April-October. The pool is closed November, December, January, February, March and often into the first 2 weeks of April, depending on the weather. 2) The pool may be cooler in April and October as the heater isn't designed to keep up in significantly cooler temperatures. 3) There is a two-night minimum. Saturday check-ins and Saturday check-outs are not always available, please inquire if you would like to arrive or leave on a Saturday. 4) Pricing is only set 12 months in advance, all future bookings must contact for an accurate quote beyond 12 months. Exterior Features: Plenty of parking for your whole group! There is a large paved area with a basketball net that sits adjacent to a large covered exterior patio that is accessible from the interior living room, featuring a dining table, lounge furniture, outdoor games, and a propane grill, tanks provided. On the lake side of the home there is a hot tub, heated saltwater pool* (open annually from mid-April to end of October), lake with a small beach area (complete with stand up paddle board and kayaks), and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Travelling with your family? With 15 acres, there's plenty of room for kids to run and explore! The layout: FIRST FLOOR: Summer 2024- we completed interior and exterior upgrades. We transformed the garage into a game room and added a mini split unit so this area can be comfortably heated and cooled. Since the garage door is still functional, this is the ultimate indoor/outdoor hang spot! A ping pong table that easily converts to a beer pong/flip cup table ;) and air hockey, large mounted TV, plus an additional fridge and sitting area makes it a great bonus living space. It's the perfect spot for kids after they are done at the the pool or adults to enjoy their own games! Enter through the front door and find the sunken atrium sunroom on your right. With wood floors, stunning views of the lake and windows on two sides, we think this is the ultimate day-to-night space. Morning sunrise yoga or meditation with the doors closed or a late-night dance party; no matter the vibes of your group this is your bonus space- make it into whatever works! To the left is a 22-person dining area that just received a makeover with new wallpaper and fixtures. Perfect for a group dinner but also equipped with an unassuming 50" Smart TV mounted on the wall. This is the ultimate game night spot! And we provide all of the Adult games (and kid ones) because we think nothing is better than a game night with a big group of friends/family. There is a half bath conveniently located off of this area leading to the kitchen. The chef's kitchen comes fully stocked for cooking all standard meals for a large group, with double ovens, 2 dishwashers and all cookware and dishware provided. There is a second full size fridge with freezer in the newly renovated game garage, just off the kitchen. The bar stools on the island are great for the cook or bartender who wants to entertain. Ready to relax? We have some lovely personal chefs who we can recommend. Sit back and enjoy the meal being made and served while you hang with your guests. Off of the kitchen you'll find a small sunroom with seating and a separate nook with a Twin daybed. There's a laundry area that passes through with double doors to the Primary King bedroom. There is another full bath off of the living room. Bedroom 1: Primary King has its own private entrance to the pool area , a double vanity full bath, gas fireplace and 50" Smart TV. This room has an optional twin cot that can also be set up, sleeping up to 3. The living area has a new sectional sofa, a 55" Smart TV, game closets, and a pool table. There is an additional Queen room on the first floor that has a jack-and-jill style bath that connects to the hallway. There is a fully operational elevator in the entryway to easily get between the first and second floors. No need to haul luggage up a flight of stairs- simply send it up with you on the elevator! SECOND FLOOR: Up the spiral staircase or elevator you'll find our additional guest rooms and baths. A pass-through area has a Twin daybed that we provide bedding for.
