There is a front porch for sitting outside or a small back porch for sitting out back or grilling out. The space is intended for 6 adults and up to a max of 2-3 children under age 12. Additional charges apply to more than 6 guests. The home is all on one level although there are 4-5 steps to get into the home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The garage is with prior permission only. THE GARAGE is for owner use. PLEASE CHECK WITH ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE IT. Other things to note Rental is intended for 6 adults and possibly an additional 2 (maybe 3) small children if needed.
