Other things to note IF YOU WISH TO STAY FOR LESS THAN THREE DAYS, PLEASE MESSAGE ME. Sit on the huge patio in the evening before dusk, to see the deer walk thru the property and our beavers swimming to and fro! There are several places nearby to buy good firewood and Duraflame logs for a fire. Also firewood stacked outside. The lake is about 8 acres, NOT a ski sized lake. There are no alligators. IS safe for swimming. The largemouth bass in the lake are "Catch and Release" IF they have a yellow tag in their back. If not tagged, feel free to fry em up. The HUGE bluegill, shellcracker, and catfish are ready, as well! REMEMBER: Please return TAGGED bass to the water, so that we can all enjoy for years to come! NOTE: This property is surrounded by woods and water. There is native wildlife in abundance here. Be aware that snakes commonly inhabit wetlands, woods, lakes, etc, and they are sometimes present here . We have never had a problem, but we do see them sometimes in warmer weather and you might see one too!
