Once inside, there is a well appointed living room that leads to the backyard and pool. If you head the opposite direction on entering, it leads you to the kitchen and dining area, which also has access to the pool and yard. There is one small office/bedroom downstairs. Up the stairs you will find the other bedrooms, all well appointed and tastefully designed. Square Footage: 2816 Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the driveway and garage to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly pool man and gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out. PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
