The space This town house property is an "L" shaped design; with a private outdoor courtyard with private lawn view(not carpark) The patio has comfortable seating with deep seat cushions, dining table to relax at sits 6-8, & a charcoal bbq grill, honor program charcoal provided. A market umbrella provides both shade and ambience. The interior spaces are carefully & thoughtfully furnished for maximum comfort. Layers of color and texture for you to enjoy, including draperies and original artwork. Main level - the dining table sits 6 to 8, a high chair & island that sits 2. The sitting room has two 7’ leather sofa's( new 2026!); a leather chair and 3 round poofs(new 2026!) to put your feet up or play games at the coffee table trunk. Trunk houses twin bedding in case you have a surprise overnight guest. The kitchen is between these two spaces with eat at island for 2 at counter height stools. The kitchen is well equipped; large ss sauté pan ,both Ss saucepans & non stick, glasses, plates, dishes, cereal/salad bowls, pasta bowls, serving bowls, oven to table Le creuset dishes, cutlery, cocktail shaker. Small appliances include Keurig coffee machine, blender, mixer, toaster, hand held mixer, turkey roasting pan, croc pot, chopping boards, muffin pans large and small and much more! Waist disposal new for 2026! Coffee tea station; Keurig coffee machine; single cups & coffee pot option machine, we also have a 6 cup French coffee press, tea pot and tea kettle. The half bath is conveniently placed on this level. Vanity new 2026! Upstairs you will find a built in full length bunk bed in the landing area, with closet & a stackable washing machine & dryer. The hall bathroom is shared with the bunk bed guests & the guest bedroom guests. This bathroom has a combination tub/shower with a marble toped vanity & toilet. Lots of white fluffy towels and storage for everyone’s toiletry bags :) Both the primary bedroom & the guest bedroom have a king size bed. Bedding white with coverlets and plenty of pillows for variety of preferences...Feather and fiber. The primary bedroom has an onsuite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower and a granite topped vanity & toilet. Both bedrooms have televisions and the living room of course has one too, a 50” tv should make all your movie watching and sports be awesome! The exterior space has a private courtyard with your own charcoal grill. Dining area sits 6-7 and two additional chairs with comfortable cushions and a market umbrella. Beach and pool towels provided! The pool is so close; follow the footpath round to the front of the building and you are there. A VET LETTER IS REQUIRED to show that shots are up to date, no parvo, including flea medication and a photo of your furry friend. Also we want to know if there is an accident so that we can take care of it professionally 🙏🏻. 😞. Please crate your furry friend when not attended in the unit. $250 dog fee SORRY NO CATS. We love cats but we and so many others have strong allergies to these furry friends. Age 25 and over booking requirement, we love the under 25’s but our insurance does not permit you so sorry. If you accidentally book we will give you a refund if you do it quickly :) Quiet time after 10.30pm, this is a fun filled complex but your fun may not be someone else’s idea of fun.
