The Town House - Camp Ellis is a beautiful modern home built in 2017 where the Saco River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy breath-taking panoramic water views over the river, and walk 50 yards to quaint and uncrowded Camp Ellis beach which connects to seven miles of gorgeous beach. Relax on the back deck with serene water views or dine al fresco on the stone patio with fire pit. Camp Ellis is a unique & quaint location like no other! Enjoy spectacular sunsets from the first level great room or the master bedroom. The open layout is perfect for entertaining. The great room includes a gas fireplace, 2 couches (one a twin sleeper), oversize arm chairs, and a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. There's also an island with seating for 4. Flat screen TVs downstairs, in the master bedroom and in the bunk room. There's air conditioning downstairs and in the master bedroom and fans in the other two bedrooms. Our home is one half of a duplex; guests may NOT access our neighbors' half of the property, including the driveway, front porch or back deck. No RVs or tents are allowed on the property and there's a maximum of 5 cars. Camp Ellis is on the peninsula where the Saco River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Unique and quaint, it offers a marvelous family or group vacation spot. We fell in love on our first visit and know you will too. A general store and bistro, fantastic fried clams at Huot's Restaurant, sailing with Captain John, live or steamed lobster from local lobstermen ... Camp Ellis is what summer is all about! Less than 5 miles to Saco Station, with regular service on the Downeaster Amtrak train. The Downeaster also stops in Old Orchard Beach less than 3 miles away during the summer months. 30 minutes from the Portland Jetport and under two hours from Boston. CLEANING & SANITIZING: We have adopted CDC guidelines with respect to cleaning. We clean and sanitize all surfaces including sofas and rugs, wash all linens including bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets on a high heat setting with bleach, and empty and sanitize the vacuum cleaner after every cleaning. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: The maximum occupancy for the home is 10 people, and the maximum number of cars is 5. RVs and tents are not allowed on the property. Please respect the property of our neighbors and do not trespass.
