Here are 3 things to consider before renting. #1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our house or property at all times during your stay. #2 Our house is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no bathtub we have a stand up shower, there is no dishwasher, located right off of US 31, potenial for road noise, one step up to enter property. Our lake is not a swimming lake. #3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our guests to be quiet after 11:00PM, so if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay. Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place! The Lochen House features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave, pots and pans coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen size bed's plus all the linens you will need. 55” Smart TV with Nerflux, also has ultra fast 5g WI-FI . The bathroom has a stand up shower, hair dryer, iron & board plus a washer/dryer so that you can take care of your laundry needs. This house has a private deck and also has a patio table and chairs & a outside grill, so that you can truly enjoy those long summer days. Guest access Everything in the house, private fire pit area, deck at the lake with dock and a row boat. Other things to note Our place is located off of a Highway, yes there is road noise. Air Conditioned, ample parking, private lake, with dock, row boat, deck with outside gas grill. Close to all Northern Michigan has to offer. No keys required for entry into the house, with have a key pad with a security code. Which equals no hassles with trying to track down keys. PLEASE NOTE our lake is NOT a SWIMMING LAKE, no sand, has 3 incoming streams so has water flow just not a swimming lake.
