This property rents for a minimum of 30 nights The ultimate La Quinta PGA west vacation home. This private pool home is right on the course and faces west overlooking pristine San Jacinto Mountain range for some of the best sunset views you will ever see. Pool heater and AC new in 2022. 6 adults MAX (plus up to 2 additional kids no more than 8 total guests including children), no noise outside after 10pm. The minimum age for responsible renter is 26. 3 cars MAX. Featuring your own water slide, pool, and spa adjacent to the 6th tee box at the Jack Nicklaus course. this home also features a built-in BBQ, Golden Tee, 40+ game arcade, shuffleboard, air hockey. The master bedrooms has a king sized bed, a large over-sized tub, and walk in shower and doors that lead directly to the pool and spa. A second bedroom includes an in suite bath and walk in closet. The third bedroom has an in suite bath and includes two bunk beds with large full sized beds on the bottom, and twin beds on the top, this room can comfortably sleep 4-6 children. Use of the awning is not guaranteed, there's an overhang that provides shade, high winds in the desert can prevent use of the awning and awnings are susceptible to winds and damage and therefore use cannot be guaranteed. Upon entering the 15-acre site, a winding driveway takes visitors through a desert art garden to the glass facade of Sunnylands Center. The spacious, contemporary building houses a rotating art exhibition, cafe, gift shop, and multimedia offerings that detail the history of Sunnylands and its founders, Walter and Leonore Annenberg. 4- my kids love the living desert zoo! 5- shop and dine El Paseo! Our number one goal is that you have a great time! PGA West is one of the last nice gated communities in the Desert that allows rentals of less than 30 days. Let's keep it that way Any visitors must be approved in writing and must leave by 9.30PM, no exceptions. Max of 3 cars. You must provide the name of 3 drivers designated to 3 cars. Include make, model, and license plate of each of the 3 vehicles. No trailers, no oversized vans ie. Sprinter vans or similar models are not allowed in PGA West per HOA. We encourage guests to be conscious of energy use but have a good time! Please turn spa and pool heater off when not in use and save energy. The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. For long term stays October through the end of May guests can opt to pay any gas and electricity over $300/month or opt to pay daily when they use it, the daily charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Spa only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter. Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed. Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500 If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests. The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come. These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund. We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist. When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long This property does not have a short term rental permit and as a result of this, rents out for a minimum of 30 nights. Rentspree application required and approved based on the report by the owner. Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request. 2023-2024 Winter Season; Beginning Nov.13, nine pools will be heated to 82 degrees between the hours of 9a.m. and 5 p.m. The Heated spas will be those located at the 9 heated pool. The spas will be heated to 101 degrees from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Pools being heated: 3R, 7M, 9M,15C, 16R, 19L, 20L, 22W, 23W. Please see attachment for details. Please be aware that PGA WEST employs sensors throughout the community to monitor speed limits. The speed limit in most areas is 20 MPH. If your vehicle is detected speeding, tickets and fines will be issued based on readings from the sensors. Please pay attention to the speed limits. If you continue to speed, the remote sensors will record it and issue a speeding citation that will remain valid for several weeks. You will be responsible for paying the fine. Therefore, please avoid speeding and pay attention to the speed limits. Please be aware that PGA WEST employs sensors throughout the community to monitor speed limits. The speed limit in most areas is 20 MPH. If your vehicle is detected speeding, tickets and fines will be issued based on readings from the sensors. Please pay attention to the speed limits. If you continue to speed, the remote sensors will record it and issue a speeding citation that will remain valid for several weeks. You will be responsible for paying the fine. Therefore, please avoid speeding and pay attention to the speed limits. Lost & Found Return Policy We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method. Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
