The chalet, which feels like it’s been taken from the most luxurious Swiss Alps resorts, is spread across 3 spacious floors. Each features several bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with lounge areas and many unique rooms, like the entertainment center on the downstairs level. Main Floor is where you start your journey through our mesmerizing chalet: • Master bedroom featuring a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower • Living room with giant Flat-screen TV (w/ Apple TV) and a gas burning fireplace • 2nd bedroom on main level with a queen bed • Guest bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower • Laundry room with a washer and dryer The kitchen is where the family gathers. It’s suitable for preparation of any meal, whether it is a breakfast, an afternoon snack or a fancy dinner for the whole group. While applying your MasterChef skills, you will have access to: • Microwave • Stove • Oven • Side by side Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice Maker • Dishwasher • Coffee maker • Crock Pot • Electric Griddle • Food Processor • + Everything else (plates, silverware, glasses etc.) The upstairs floor is a more casual level where you will rest & relax, either in one of our 3 bedrooms or on comfy sofas watching a movie. • Bedroom with a Queen Bed, dresser, and closet with hangars • Second bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, night stand, closet • Bonus room with 3 sets of bunk beds, dresser, and huge bean bag • Bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower • Living room with a huge Flat-screen TV (with Apple TV) Downstairs floor is all about entertainment. There are so many different options here like foosball, pinball, ping pong, vintage old-school arcade games, or a movie on the big TV (with Apple TV). Play your heart away and let us know who won! This is the place! The chalet is exclusively yours, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note: Please note that due to the HOA rules, only 8 people from each home can access the pool and the hot tub at a time. Due to owners having severe allergies we are unable to accommodate any animals including service and support animals. They are cute, but pose a serious health risk to us. On-street parking is not allowed, but a few shared overflow spots are located right next to the house for what may not fit in the garages/driveway. Guest access The entire house is yours to use. We have two storage rooms that are locked where we keep supplies.
