Equipped with tempur-pedic mattresses and pillows, fine linens, and comfort-height toilets, guests will find extreme comfort in this home on Lake Wedowee. Only eco-friendly products are used inside the home to clean, wash linens, keep pest away, and promote the cleanest air quality. In addition, this home not only provides some of the most spectacular views of Lake Wedowee, but is also on deep, year-round water. A great spot for swimming, and a favorite area on the lake for fisherman. The home has multiple outdoor spaces for families to enjoy, including a stone patio with seating that overlooks the lake, as well as a deck off the main floor. The area closest to the water has a gazebo as well as a large deck with parking for two boats. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor a stainless Weber (propane) grill, a game room with various entertainment (ping pong, foosball, darts and horseshoes). We are centrally located on the north side of the lake, minutes from downtown Wedowee, grocery stores, Lake Side Marina and Wedowee Marine. Other things to note IMPORTANT - Please send us an inquiry (name, group details, city traveling from, etc.) prior to sending a booking request. Home sleeps 10 (8 adults and 2 children most comfortably). Signed rental agreement/damages deposit (hold) is required to rent this home. Free cancellation 30 or more days from date of arrival (less any credit card transaction fee). Please note that we also require guests visiting and staying on the property to be listed on the rental agreement. We are unfortunately unable to host gatherings or events. Security: Please note we have exterior security cameras on the front and back entrances of the property to both protect the home and all of our guests. In addition, our property manager lives nearby and can assist as a resource should emergency situations arise. Watercraft, kayak & paddleboard rentals: Pontoon boat rentals are also available and begin at $350 a day, with multi-day discounts offered. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are also available with prices starting at $35 a day. We are a non-smoking property with a strict policy on any smoking: smoking, including vaping, is prohibited in ALL areas of our property. Should you have a smoker in your group, this is likely not the home for you and we encourage you to consider another property. Due to the fire code in the area, we do not allow smoking, vaping, etc. of any kind in the home, or outdoors on porches, decks, patios, gazebos, or on our dock. Fireworks are also prohibited on the property.
