The Cozy Cowboy Condo, is just that! Centrally located and nicely decorated in southwest decor, it's the perfect base for all your Arizona excursions...Located in the desirable Uptown Central Phoenix area, you're minutes from the airport, downtown, popular restaurants, Biltmore Fashion shopping, hiking, Camelback Mountain, desert preserves and more. It's the perfect location for Spring Training games, Old Town Scottsdale, Waste Management Open, Barrett Jackson and day trips around the State! The space **Weekly and Monthly Discounts** The Cozy Cowboy Condo is a ground floor unit conveniently located on the property near the pool and spa. Kitchen The Cozy Cowboy Condo has a renovated kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and updated fixtures. It is stocked with all the essentials for making morning coffee (including ground coffee) to preparing full gourmet meals. Some of the items we keep stocked for use include a heavy duty Kitchen Aid Mixer, teapot, blender, toaster, coffee pot/filters, pots and pans, baking dishes, tupperware for leftovers, wine and drinking glasses, mixing bowls, dish towels, silverware and sharp knives. Bathrooms The full master bath has been renovated and has a large vanity with storage, travertine counter and a large mirror for getting ready. Please enjoy the use of the included hair dryer. The shower is newly tiled and has a tub/shower with updated fixtures. The guest ¾ bath has a clean white shower only, single vanity with storage and toilet. Both bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Bedrooms Master has king bed and 2nd room has queen bed with organic bamboo bedding, cozy mattresses and brand new carpeting. Additionally, both rooms have alarm clocks, usb chargers, large closets with full length mirrors, luggage racks, ceiling fans and privacy blinds. The master has a huge walk-in closet. Entertainment The living room has a TV with cox cable television, built-in Netflix and other apps to enjoy movies and TV shows, as well as a Blue-Ray DVD player and small Bose CD stereo. The Master bedroom has a TV with local tv stations and a DVD Player. We also offer wireless internet and a large desk space for you to get some work done should you need to during your stay. Finally, we offer an assortment of books and games for you to enjoy. Take one or leave one in exchange, whatever you like! Patio We have a private patio with seating for 4 people and a small coffee table. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the mountains or a glass of wine while the setting sun paints the desert sky during our beautiful sunsets. Pool/Spa The community pool & spa is very close to the unit and offers a nice ramada with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, sofas and community grills. The pool is heated during the cooler months (October-May) The spa is heated year-round. Laundry The Cozy Cowboy Condo has a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. We do provide enough laundry detergent to do 2 loads during your stay. Children Children are always welcome to stay in the condo! We do have a bathtub, pack‘ n play portable crib & bassinet, as well as a Peg Perego High Chair in the unit for your use. Guest access The Cozy Cowboy Condo community is gated. Guests will have access to the condo via a provided gate code and front door keypad code and will receive a welcome email with instructions 1-2 days before arrival. Once inside the gate, any uncovered parking spaces are free to use. Additionally, there is a "Pool Key" in the condo unit, that you may use to access the pool & spa area during your stay. Community Propane BBQ's are located around the pool area that you may use, as well.
