The space Our spacious vacation home features a main house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an additional 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, located in the backyard addition on the 2nd floor. These 2 bedrooms are detached from the main house and have their own private access via the rooftop patio, providing extra privacy and comfort for larger groups or business travelers. The light and bright open floor design creates a welcoming atmosphere ideal for connection and bonding. The host’s daughter with two kittens stays in the property, she occupies 1st floor of backyard house. There are no shared living spaces, and each entrance is entirely private (guests enter from the front street, hosts enter from the alley). Our recently remodeled home boasts new furniture, upgrades, and comfortable mattresses and bedding. A large dining table seats 10, with additional tables available for larger groups or business meetings. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on our 75-inch high-definition Smart TV in the living room or the 65-inch TV in the master bedroom (bring your login). Also deck on the 2nd floor with mountain views. This is the place where you can enjoy Los Angeles year around mild weather, deep blue sky’s and pouring sunshine most of the time Other things to note House is on the busy street close to highways; you will hear some of traffic from property sometimes mixed with bird or cricket songs. The front yard lush garden buffers and reduces these noises significantly. Free street parking, no permit needed. There are a few stairs to get into the house. 2 detached bedrooms are on the second floor, you must climb stairs to access via roof top patio. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor had shared AC with house owners, controlled by them. If you need temp adjustment, let the host know. These two rooms are detached from main house and have seperate access from rooftop patio. While we have no smoking policy for the property & trying to keep property smoke free environment, it’s legal to smoke cigarette or marijuana in their own yards in the state of California. So, it's possible to smell smoke coming from neighboring houses. There are two kittens living in the back house with the host. While they don't visit / stay in guest area, sometimes you may hear their noises when they play. Recently, nearby homes have been undergoing improvements more often than before, so there may be occasional daytime noise or activity in the neighborhood. Registration Details HSR24-000156
