Surrounding the property is a 1/2 mile walking trail, perfect for stretching your legs and exploring nature. No events allowed. Guest access The entire home and the surrounding 13.5 acre parcel is included in the listing. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The booking will be confirmed after we receive an e-signature on The Boxwood Villa Housing Contract, via email. There are no fires of any kind allowed on the property. The exception is the use of the grill for cooking. Any bookings with a special event (weddings, receptions, parties) must be handled directly through the Boxwood Villa website.
