New front over sized porch. Note: Laundry not offered. TEMPORARY MESSAGE AND CLARIFICATION 2023: For some reason a guest has complained about the house having mold. You need to know that we have checked thoroughly. We found no mold. The house is practically new. It was not just remodeled, it was RE BUILT. We ask you to please turn the fan on when you shower downstairs, to prevent any moisture. The house is safe. We have had no other complaints, and we will do absolutely anything to keep you comfortable and safe when you visit. We want you to feel comfortable and safe. Welcome home! UPDATE March 1st 2023: We also installed a new bigger Water heater! PARKING Comfortable parking in front of the house, nobody to take your spot. There is no covered garage. KITCHEN: Free coffee available!! Cups and plates available. Please clean them and place them in dishwasher before leaving. Disposable plates available as well if you prefer not to wash dishes. Kitchen is set up for minimal cooking ONLY. Pantry is available, you may choose to leave stuff to be used by next guests and families. Please do not leave expired items or food that you would not eat yourself. NOTE ON BEDS: There is one folding crib in Master bedroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 have BUNK BEDS, with a lower full size bed (2 small adults) and a single size upper bed (best for a child). Single beds described in "common area" are cots with Comfortable luxury memory foam matresses. No other way to describe them. They are folded and available in bedrooms 2 and 3. One small adult may sleep on the couch, if needed. KEEP IN MIND: In my view, house is more comfortable for up to 9 people (and a baby). It can sleep up to 10 people, but you will not be as comfortable. Extra sheets, linens and towels are available in linen closet, downstairs bathroom.
