Parks nearby, Child friendly rooms and Fully stocked kitchen available. Guest access Entire house and back yard. One closet is locked for owner’s personal belongings. Other things to note Garage parking (vehicle permitting), keep noise level at a respectable level, absolutely no smoking, no parties—Respect neighborhood speed limits and keep noise level down (local law enforcement close by) If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a minimum of an extra $200.00 charge.
