The Davos Cabin - 2 bdrm+loft

Our cozy cabin is located on the Tahoe Donner Golf Course! We are close to skiing, downtown Truckee, and access to all of the Tahoe Donner amenities. Tahoe Donner is a family friendly community. Thank you!! -Carissa The space Our two-story cabin is located on the 15th fairway in the amazing Tahoe Donner community of Truckee, California. You will love the mountain feel of the cabin and enjoy the warm fire while looking out at the wooded backyard and golf course. The cabin sleeps up to six adults and two children (under thirteen), with a maximum of 8 guests total. This is a Town of Truckee occupancy regulation. The cabin has two bedrooms as well as a loft bedroom, two bathrooms, and great room. The queen beds are upstairs, one in the bedroom and one in the loft. The twin beds are in the downstairs bedroom. We also provide two fold-out floor mats. All linens are provided. We have provided kitchen essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. Outside the great room, there is a deck that overlooks the forest and golf course, as well as a deck off the upstairs bedroom – perfect for enjoying coffee on a summer morning. During the warmer weather, take a nap in the hammock or enjoy a game of horseshoes. We have provided an entertainment library of games, books, and DVDs. You will find plenty of storage in the garage for your skis, sleds, bikes, etc. Our property has security cameras to monitor outside the front door, walkway, driveway, and outside the back door. *Please check local websites for information on open/availability of community amenities, restaurants, shopping, etc. **FIRE BAN - there is currently a Fire Ban in Truckee. Wood and charcoal fires are prohibited. You may still use the gas barbecue as this is not part of the Fire Ban. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin as well as part of the garage. You may choose to park (a smaller vehicle) in the garage, store your ski gear, bikes, and more. You will find several cupboards labeled for owner's use only. Tahoe Donner (our community/neighborhood) offers an endless number of amenities for all ages during winter and summer. During your stay you will have access to Tahoe Donner Guest Passes. There is a Guest Pass fee to use the Tahoe Donner amenities. Winter activities include downhill and cross country skiing, and snow play. During the summer, guests enjoy the beach, pools, biking trails, equestrian center, golf, and more! Year round access to the fitness center includes the weight room, fitness classes, pools, spas, and more. Tahoe Donner also offers several restaurants, but you’ll also want to be sure to check out all that downtown Truckee has to offer. We are close to Tahoe ski resorts and many other recreational activities. Other things to note During winter, all-wheel drive or tire chains are recommended. The snowplow service is fast and reliable, making it easy to get in and out, even on snowy days. Please be aware, that although we have a plow service and do our best to shovel the snow from decks and walks, with all the snow we have had, there may be some shoveling you need to do to access the garage, your car, etc. You will find snow shovels upon your arrival. During the winter months, NO PARKING is allowed on the street. You WILL be towed. The streets must be clear to allow the snow plow through. You may park up to TWO vehicles in the winter (to allow space for the plow to access the walkway), and four vehicles in the summer months. The town of Truckee has a mandatory 12% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and 1.25% Truckee Tourism Business Improvement District Tax (TTBID). Transient Occupancy Registration #: STR21-00853
