Entire home and full driveway. I live in the house next door to the Airbnb property. I am more than happy to be helpful. This house is in the Historic District of Cleveland. We are a 5 minute walk to Lee University. There is a green space and children's playground just through the path in the back yard. Please park in the driveway in front of the Airbnb. We may need access to our garage. Please make some space for use to get a car in and out. This house is only accessible by a flight of stairs. There is a new playground, Deer Park, opening in November 2019. This is located literally in our back yard. We share the block with this new local favorite! On nice days the happy sounds children playing can be heard from open windows or the patio area!! The park closes at dark so I've never had guests report being bothered from playground noises!
