Guest access Entire home and full driveway. Other things to note This house is only accessible by a flight of stairs. There is a new playground, Deer Park, opening in November 2019. This is located literally in our back yard. We share the block with this new local favorite! On nice days the happy sounds children playing can be heard from open windows or the patio area!! The park closes at dark so I've never had guests report being bothered from playground noises!
