SunnySide Chalet

Lake front SunnySide Chalet is a perfect get away for couples or a small family. The yard is nice to play in and the docks are fun to jump off of. The chalet has most of everything you need, it is our home away from home! We are dog friendly, so the whole family can come! Hiawassee has much to offer- shopping, spas, movie theater, fine dining, water sports and Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Young Harris College is only 7 minutes away. Pickle ball courts and a free beach is only minutes away. The space Lake front with easy access to the lake. Just a few minutes from Hiawassee and Young Harris. Guest access The rental is for the entire chalet, common space with fire pit and docks Other things to note We are dog lovers and welcome your dog to our chalet, however we do ask that you request approval. There will also be an additional $50 fee added to the cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs. Thank you!
