Welcome to Henry`s Hideout a professionally hosted Oregon Wine Country Vacation Rental! This beautiful, two-story home is located in the heart of the Dundee Hills. It features four (4) King Beds and three (3) full bathrooms. The open-concept floor plan allows for stunning views of the valley from almost every room in the house. You and your guests will enjoy the sprawling wrap-around porch while watching legendary Oregon sunsets. This classically designed home will suit all of your hosting needs with a Living Room, Family Room, large Kitchen, and Kitchenette downstairs. Wifi and a Ping Pong table are included to keep those of all ages content during your stay. You will also find a selection of board games and two smart TVs. Over the years these things just keep improving along with proximity to wine country, the coast, and college life. Nature is at its best here with expansive views of the valley, vineyards, and the occasional visit from a deer or peacock! Henry’s Hideout is also a big house! It is perfect to bring our families together for a weekend or a holiday. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!" When you arrive at the property you will drive up a one-lane road between two wineries, please be mindful of the winery traffic. The house has a large paved driveway out front. There is a set of wooden stairs that will lead you up to a wrap-around porch and the front door with a keyless entry. Once you enter the house, you`ll see a hallway leading you to the main portion of the house and a set of stairs on your right. Moving forward through the hallway you`ll enter the living room on your left with a large, flat-screen smart TV, couch, and sliding doors to the back portion of the wrap-around porch. The living room opens into an open kitchen and dining area, perfectly stocked for whatever your needs may be. Once you pass through the kitchen, the hall will lead you to the first of the four bedrooms on the right. The next door on the right is the bathroom with another bedroom immediately following that. On the left is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a sliding door to the wrap-around porch. Going back to the main door, the stairs on the right will lead you downstairs to a hallway. To the right, there is the final bedroom and bathroom. To the left, there is a family room with a ping pong table, TV, couch, kids` toys, and sliding doors to the outside. There is also a Kitchenette off of the family room with a full refrigerator, sink, and plastic dishware. For your comfort, you’ll find luxury amenities, such as a starter pack of locally-roasted coffee, local handcrafted soap bars, shampoo and conditioner in every shower, beds made with luxury microfiber sheets, and fluffy cotton towels in every bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen will enable you to prepare meals for your family or guests, or if you prefer we can recommend you a personal chef. The property neighbors the Élevée Winegrowers’ Vineyard for your viewing pleasure, with Ayoub Wines within walking distance. Please keep in mind their tasting room is by appointment only. Dundee, OR is in the Heart of the Willamette Valley surrounded by vineyards, wineries, and all of the attractions that Wine Country has to offer. If you care to explore further, McMinnville and Newberg are the largest cities in Yamhill County. McMinnville (called ‘Mac’ by the locals) has an award-winning, historic downtown. Third Street is beautiful and has several shops, restaurants, and (of course!) wine-tasting rooms. To the north Newberg also has amazing food and regular events at the Chehalem Cultural Center. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation.
