We are located 3 miles from Houghton and MTU. Sleeps 20 . Beds available for 19 with sleeper couch in studio. Coles Creek runs through the property. Very close to ATV / snowmobile trail. Concrete basketball court on property. Sauna located in the house. Plenty of parking. Room for trailers. Smart TV in main sitting area and available WIFI The space The house is in the woods and is quiet with excellent views to the South over the Treetops and to the east you can see Hancock and the towers of the Houghton Hancock lift bridge. There is a studio upstairs for a common area. There is a deck off of two of the upstairs bedrooms for catching gentle evening breezes and there is a large deck off of the east side of house to catch fantastic sunrises. There is a breakfast nook and a sauna for use. There is a full kitchen with two ovens and 1 range top. There is a large concrete basketball court in the yard. Guest access Guest can use the entire house except for the closed off basement and carport. Other things to note Only one bedroom is without bunks. There are two stand up showers with no bathtub.
