This is a stand-alone home, about 50 yards away from the main house which allows you total privacy. Relax and enjoy our newly remodeled one Bedroom one Bath. 1,100 sq. ft. built in 2006 with Heat & A/C. Bedroom with king size bed. Please make yourself at home & enjoy the scenery or visit the local wineries, apple farms, shopping, & dining experiences. The space We have taken additional steps and extra care to disinfect your space due to COVID-19. There is a gorgeous full kitchen adjacent to spacious living area with fireplace (propane). Private bedroom with new king sized bed and plenty of storage. Home offers views of countryside and tons of natural light. Living room offers New 70" smart TV, Dish TV, DVD, a sofa that converts to comfortable double/queen bed and a day bed that makes a perfect over-sized twin bed. Sleeps 4/5 comfortably. You will receive a unique key code to allow access. Please be aware that guests must take stairs to access the guest home. The owners live on the property and are always available for advice or assistance. We have a livestock guardian dog on the property; it's a Great Pyrenees Mountain Dog. *We have a security camera outside of the property. None inside The city of Placerville has unique shops, amazing food to eat, local wineries and apple farms. You can spend the day checking out the Amador and El Dorado counties best wineries. A short drive from our home on the corner of Pleasant Valley Road & Mt Aukum Rd is a small shopping center. You can purchase groceries at the Holiday Market & Deli. ( 4653 Mt Aukum Rd, Placerville, CA 95667). The grocery department offers a selection of traditional grocery items, plus they also have a selection of specialty gourmet products and local wines, also restaurants include Wonderful Chinese Restaurant and the Pizza Factory. Just down the road, on Pleasant Valley Road, Across from El Dorado Fire Station is a gas station/store and Bones Roadhouse Bar & Grill serving food and drink. Guest access This is a Guest House. It's a stand-alone private home, about 50 yards away from the main house. Other things to note No Smoking. No Open Flames, we are in a fire area. Not suitable for pets. We have livestock guardian dogs on the property. No parties or events. Please be aware that guests must take stairs to access the home. *Smoking is not allowed, No candles or open flames in or near the house. Any smoking in or near the premises will is considered damage to the property. (Fire Area) * People other than the Guests may not stay overnight in the property without owner's prior approval. * The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. * Pets, animals are not allowed (sorry). * Housekeeping : There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. * Water and Septic : This property is on a Septic waste system. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. * Quiet hours - quiet hours are from 11PM until 7AM. * All guests agree to check-in and check-out dates.
