Fully furnished kitchen, with open spaces to the living room area. Front porch for relaxing view of the gulf across the street!! Large bedroom with spacious closets and a stacked washer and dryer. Walk to the beach or drive to Pier Park in minutes!! Swimming pool and shuffleboard on site. The property feels open and spacious so that everyone has the option of hanging out together or, when needed, finding alone time in the condo, lounging on the front/back porch, or perhaps at the outdoor pool. As mentioned parking is convenient and close so that luggage or groceries can be easily unloaded without having to hunt down a luggage cart, load it, and push it the length of 2 football fields, while loafs of bread, etc.. fall off. Less than 3 minute walk from the front door to the beach. Must be age 21 or older to rent the Condo. Parking fee of $25 per stay included in the housekeeping fee. There is a second parking space but it will require another $25 for the parking pass to hang in the vehicle. The condo is on the first floor with parking spots 2 steps from the front door. The town is full of personality, very clean, and has a fun atmosphere. Whether you want a quiet relaxing time or to go out on the town, this area has what you need. You can rent bicycles, scooters, golf carts, jet skis. You can take a helicopter ride or go parasailing. Pier Park is just a few minutes drive from our condo and has entertainment and food you would find in a larger city. You can use Front Beach Road to take in the sights or if you need to get somewhere quicker you can take Panama City Beach Pkwy which runs paralell to Front Beach Road about 3 blocks further from the beach.
