The space Originally built in 1910, this charming stone mountain home was lovingly restored to preserve its historic Medicine Park character while adding the comforts of a relaxing modern getaway. The 900-square-foot cabin features beautiful natural light, bamboo wood floors, a king-size bed, cozy fireplaces, a full kitchen, and plenty of space to unwind. You’ll have the entire cabin to yourself, with the bathroom as the only enclosed private room. Guests control the heat and A/C for year-round comfort. Check-in is simple and convenient with self check-in through a secure key box anytime after 3 PM. No coordinating schedules or waiting for someone to let you in! Several trailheads are just a block away, making it easy to explore Medicine Park and the surrounding Wichita Mountains. The cabin grounds are also available for weddings and receptions of up to 150 guests. Message me for details! – Angela Other things to note Our historic cabin is over 100 years old, so smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or around the wooden structures. A $250 fee applies for any smoking violations. Small dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per dog, per stay. Please bring a crate and place it in the kitchen anytime your dog is left alone to help protect the cabin’s historic doors, floors, and walls. We provide plush towels, linens, and blankets for indoor use only. Please bring your own washcloths, makeup-removal cloths, and blankets for the porch, picnics, or other outdoor use. Replacement costs may apply for damaged or heavily stained linens. For guest and property security, exterior cameras monitor the front and back entrances and driveway/parking area. There are no cameras inside the cabin. Please also note that guests will need to use stairs to enter the cabin.
