You will love the home and the area!! We are right on the lake with world class private fishing right out the back door and numerous hiking trail with 3 fourteeners with in minutes, white water rafting with in a few miles and you can kayak from the back yard!! We have 2 tow seater kayaks with 4 life vests for you use as well . We have three very large master suites with upgraded king size beds and beddings and two nice bedrooms with upgraded queen size beds and 2 bedrooms with trundle beds and a very nice leather couch with a queen size roll away, all with nice beds and all with attached bathrooms except one bedroom on the lower level. There are two family rooms a large deck and a three car garage for ping pong-darts etc!! We would make it very special for you and your family !!
