Shopping and restaurants nearby. This is such a special place! We've left you fishing poles, our guests catch fish, often off our dock. Bring a boat or rent one at the Lake Sinclair Marina! Comfortably sleeps 6. 10 min drive to GCSU College. The space The Hidden Gem is a beautifully maintained, tri-level home set up exclusively for the Airbnb guests. On the upstairs level are two bedrooms with a full bath, just five steps UP from the main level. On the main level you'll find the kitchen, living room, office, dining area and living room and a flat-screen TV. Glass doors take you out on a deck with a dining table and chairs overlooking the lake. 10 steps down you’ll find a bedroom and bath, plus an additional den with a flat-screen TV in case your group likes watching different programs, with a glass door that leads directly out to the backyard and lake. This den converts to an additional bedroom with a pull out queen sized hide a bed. There is a laundry room with a new washer and dryer, covered outdoor seating, boathouse with tie-ups for two boats, fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table, and dock. Marcos Pizza is yummy & delivers, plus Applebee’s, Longhorns, and many other restaurants are a short five minutes toward downtown Milledgeville. For your entertainment and dining super close, there is a cool local restaurant on the lake, Ole Chobys (Formerly Jackson's). They feature a live band, and dinner every Friday and Saturday evening. About 30 minutes from Macon and about 90 minutes from Atlanta this home is a wonderful place to be and works well for large families and friends. There are extra linens in the closets. Please note that following the fees used by hotels, our posted pricing is based on double occupancy (2). Additional people, just like in hotels, are $25 per person per night. Our pricing is quoted for double occupancy, or for two people. Please note that additional guests after two are charged at $25 per night per person.
