Sunstone Stunner - Six Master Suites and Bunk Room

This luxurious 4,900 sqft home located in Caldera Springs, just minutes south of Sunriver Resort, offers six beautifully designed master suites and a large bunkroom. It is perfect for family gatherings, business get-a-ways, or multifamily groups and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. Please note the house can accommodate up to 20 guests (Airbnb caps the number on the website at 16, if you have more than 16 guests please mention that when booking) The space The main level consists of a large great room with vaulted ceilings, the kitchen, dining area, half-bath, and three master suites. The great room has plenty of seating to enjoy the fireplace and the 65” TV. The dining area has two large tables with additional seating at the kitchen island for up to 20. Gourmets will love the kitchen that boasts a double oven, 6-burner stove and side griddle, microwave, and 2 dishwashers. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The sleeping arrangements include three master suites on the main floor (some with private access to the patio) and three master suites upstairs all with private en suite bathrooms and king-sized beds. The ultra-large bunkroom has 4 double beds on the bottom of the bunks and four twins on top, sleeping up to 12. Just off of the bunkroom is a separate bonus room with Foosball table, sofa bed and large bathroom. Interestingly, there are two separate garages, a single car garage with a ping pong table, air hockey and other games and a double car garage with an extra refrigerator. Also, there are 7 bikes (reminder 16 yrs. and under need helmets). Out back is a large covered seating area around a fire pit. There is also an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ along with the 8-person hot tub. Last but not least is the laundry/mud room area which allows for storing your golf and ski gear as well as 2 sets of washers and dryers. Other amenities include extra towels, an iron, hair dryers, vacuum, sheets, blankets and pillows. Other things to note Guests DO NOT have access to Forest House pool, caldera springs golf course, bike rental through caldera or water sport rentals (all of these amenities are owned by Sunriver and can only be used by guests renting through Sunriver). The house is equip with 8 guests passes that allow up to 16 guests access to the quarry pool and fitness center as well as pickle ball courts. The house has an active ring camera on the front door but no other cameras on the property or in the house.
