The oceanfront second bedroom contains a king bed, walk-in closet, connecting full bathroom, and a private sliding glass door to the extended balcony. The third bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains two full beds with access to the connecting full bathroom which hosts a walk in shower. Delight in relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, plush furnishings while enjoying your flat screen television. In addition to the living room, there is also a bay living room near the front door designed for pure relaxation while overlooking the breathtaking view of the Halifax River and lively city below. The bay living room also contains a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. To make chores less of a chore on your getaway, there is a full sized laundry room for added convenience. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with top of the line stainless appliances. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
